- Sanitizing wash with hot ( to 50°C) alkaline solution with recycling in internal tank
- Rinsing with the injection of an acidic solution (citric acid) to eliminate alkaline residues produced by the detergent
- Special heating resistance able to heat the detergent solution in a few minutes and to make the machine immediately ready for use
- Standard version of the machine provided with sets of nozzles and rings to adapt it to all commercial forms (5-10- 15-20-25-28-30-34-38-54 L demijohns)
- Total cycle time of 60 sec for 5-20 L containers and 90 sec for other s (automatic selection)
- Greater productivity (30/50 pieces per hour) compared to traditional machines, with lower consumption, less waste to treat and constant quality of washes
- Various sensors and control units assure the repeatability of correct wash cycles and safety for the operator
